The DA20 (all models) and specific models of the DA40-180 certified for MTOW of 1150 kg (2,535 lbs.) can be flown by pilots using Sport Pilot privileges under the new MOSAIC rules, beginning October 22, 2025.

During AirVenture 2025, Diamond Pilots Association President Ed McDonald and Vice-President Paul Koch met with General Manager of Austro Engine GmbH Jürgen Schwarz, Head of Supply Chain and Customer Support (Canada) Ray Kolyn, and Head of Technical Support (Austria) Stefan Pölzlbauer to discuss these problems and what Diamond and Austro have done to address them

Does anyone have a solution for com radio 2 that always switches to 121.5 and won’t allow you to enter a different frequency. The radio is functioning on 121.5.
